Role Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate:Connect with customers face-to-face and over the phone to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and telecom needs, then match them with the perfect AT&T solution.Present and sell AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment packages with confidence, clarity, and a touch of charm.Build trust and rapport by delivering a personalized experience that makes customers feel heard, valued, and excited about their new services.Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups using our easy-to-use CRM tools.Stay informed on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and competitive offers so you can speak with authority and enthusiasm.Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.Troubleshoot basic service issues and guide customers through simple tech setups or escalations when needed.Represent El Paso Communications with professionalism, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.Essential Attributes of a Client Relations Associate:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience (retail, telecom, or customer service preferred) Tech-savvy mindset and ability to learn new systems quickly Self-motivation and a goal-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in our community Benefits and Rewards:Weekly commission payouts; your effort = your earnings Flexible scheduling options Career advancement opportunities within El Paso Communications Supportive team culture with mentorship and coaching Recognition programs and performance incentives Access to the latest AT&T tech and tools Job Type:Full-time Pay:$40,845.71 - $49,190.53 per year Benefits:On-the-job training Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
