THE ROLE: CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (TIKTOK LIVE) As an Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day relationship and performance of a portfolio of brand partners across their TikTok Live programs. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their live shopping strategy is executed at a high level and continuously optimized for revenue, engagement, and growth. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with Hosts, Operations, and Production teams to deliver high-performing live shows. You’ll be responsible for aligning on goals, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and scale each account. This role is ideal for someone coming from an advertising agency, social media, or performance marketing background who is comfortable managing clients while thinking analytically about content and results. WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned brand partners Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, and reporting Translate client goals into clear live stream strategies and execution plans Partner with Hosts, Producers, and Operations to ensure seamless show execution Monitor and analyze live performance (conversion, AOV, engagement, revenue) Identify opportunities to improve performance through content, offers, pacing, and talent Own account-level forecasting, pacing, and revenue optimization Track and manage account P&L, ensuring profitability and efficiency Lead regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy discussions Proactively surface insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities Support onboarding of new brands and expansion of existing accounts HOW YOU’LL WORK Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Hosts, Ops, Production) Work in a fast-paced, live production environment with real-time feedback loops Collaborate closely with studio teams to continuously refine show quality and performance Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving Operate with a strong sense of ownership over both client success and business outcomes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5-8 years of experience in account management, client services, or performance marketing Background in an advertising agency, social media agency, or digital marketing environment strongly preferred Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage relationships Experience owning KPIs, campaign performance, or revenue targets Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and making recommendations Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Strong communication skills across both internal teams and external clients Interest in live commerce, TikTok, or creator-driven sales is a strong plus WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Clients are satisfied, retained, and growing their investment Live shows consistently improve in performance and conversion Accounts are well-managed, organized, and hitting revenue targets Strong collaboration across Hosts, Ops, and Production teams Clear, actionable insights are regularly delivered to clients COMPENSATION Base pay : $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied to GMV and account-level P&L performance Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
