We are a growing, fast-paced family and criminal law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients during some of the most important moments of their lives.Our team is driven, collaborative, and committed to both results and relationships.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about helping people.The Client Relations Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in converting leads into retained clients.This position combines customer service, sales, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and results-driven.Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, and online leads) Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and gather key case information Clearly communicate the firm's services, process, and value Follow up consistently with leads to increase conversion rates Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys and legal staff Meet or exceed individual and team conversion goals Provide a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers and the practice of law in Georgia, the Client Relations Specialist will not provide legal advice or enter into a legal service agreement with a PNC.Rather, the Client Relations Specialist will prepare PNC for hiring the firm with all legal service agreements approved and signed by a licensed Georgia Attorney.Qualifications: 2years of experience in client relations, sales, intake, or customer service (legal experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build trust and guide conversations toward a decision Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Proficient with technology and CRM systems Compensation:High performers can earn up to $150,000.What We Offer Competitive base salary of $52,900 plus commission Benefits including 401k Hybrid flexibility after 90 days Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firm Supportive, team-oriented work environment The chance to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives Ideal CandidateYou are confident but compassionate.You know how to connect with people quickly, listen well, and guide them toward solutions.You are motivated by results, but you also genuinely care about helping others.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$52,900.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Education:Associate (Required) Experience:High-end sales:2 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
