Client Relationship/Daily Sales

We are a small, family owned distribution company seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team.Our ideal candidate will be a person with an outgoing personality looking for a long term position to assist us with growth.Must be focused on providing exceptional customer service and assist with store operations and daily sales.Everyday is different, so self managing and having the ability to multi-task is necessary.Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience - Execute daily sales accurately and efficiently - Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone - Promote store promotions-Help with Shipping and Receiving of inventory Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Basic understanding of retail math for transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of retail store operations is beneficial.Please note any college as well if applying.We are in a niche market, so we are willing to train the right person if they possess the basic skills listed above.Good attendance and dependable transportation are are must.Serious inquiries with references only please.Interested individuals please call 816-985.2825 Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
