Role Description The Client Service Manager, Personal Lines, will oversee and manage the daily interactions with personal insurance clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, coordinating with carriers, managing renewals, and providing tailored solutions for unique client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, offering an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver premium client experiences Experience in Client Services and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of personal insurance products and policies is preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Insurance certification or licensing (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
