Position Overview HV Capital Management is seeking a highly organized and professional Client Services Representative to support the firm’s daily operations and client experience initiatives. This is a key role within a growing independent wealth management firm. The individual will serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients while assisting with operational workflows, account administration, scheduling, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests Support account onboarding, transfers, and account maintenance processes Coordinate client meetings and maintain advisor calendars Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up items Deliver a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions Operations & Administrative Support Assist with daily operational workflows across the firm Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems such as Redtail Coordinate with custodians including Charles Schwab and other third-party providers Support account reconciliation, reporting, and documentation processes Assist with compliance-related organization and recordkeeping Help maintain efficient internal processes and workflows Office Coordination Greet clients and visitors and manage front desk responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls Manage incoming mail, document flow, and office organization Maintain office supplies and general office environment Assist with coordination of client events and firm communications Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Professional demeanor and client-service mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or professional services is preferred Familiarity with CRM systems such as Redtail is a plus Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
