Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for bond requests and client inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and surety partners Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively Bond Processing & Administration Review bond requests for completeness and accuracy; follow up on missing information Maintain accurate client records and track bid, final, and miscellaneous bonds Manage bond renewals and ensure timely processing Collaboration & Internal Support Work closely with producers to resolve questions and support sales efforts Communicate with project owners/obligees regarding contracts and project details Support billing processes, including accounts payable/receivable Reporting & Documentation Ensure surety partners are regularly updated with relevant information Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with requirements Understand bond forms and contract language, including complex/onerous terms Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) 5+ years of related experience in client service, insurance, or similar role Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong math and organizational skills Experience with CRM systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in surety bonds or insurance industry Familiarity with contract language and bonding processes Experience supporting sales or producer teams Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Bonus + profit sharing Benefits: Health Insurance (Dental & Vision optional), 401(k) with 3% match Additional Perks: Stable work environment, team-oriented culture, and opportunity to grow within a specialized industry All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran's status.
