Job Description
Overview: This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and supporting advisors in providing a high-quality client experience. The position partners closely with financial advisors and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of client service activities while building strong client relationships. This role independently manages core client service functions and supports more complex operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage client inquiries and service requests Process account maintenance, including money movements and distributions Prepare and review new account documentation Maintain compliance logs and required documentation Support advisors with client deliverables and follow-ups Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of financial services or client service experience Strong knowledge of account servicing processes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Core Competencies Independently handles standard client requests Builds trust through responsiveness and follow-through Manages full lifecycle of account servicing tasks Anticipates next steps and reduces rework Resolves routine issues independently Identifies root causes and proposes solutions Effectively balances multiple advisors and client needs Demonstrates strong organizational discipline Understands and adheres to documentation and process requirements
