SPS | On-Site Leadership Opportunity SPS is seeking an experienced Client Services Supervisor (Mail/Reprographics) to oversee daily mailroom and reprographics operations within a professional client environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader with experience managing mail services, shipping/receiving, copy and print production, and customer service teams in a fast-paced corporate setting. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior mailroom and reprographics experience . Experience in both areas is required. What You’ll Do Operational Management Oversee daily mailroom operations including incoming/outgoing mail, package handling, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, and accountable mail. Manage reprographics and print production services including high-volume copy, print, scanning, binding, finishing, and document support. Ensure all client requests, production deadlines, KPIs, and service expectations are completed accurately and on time. Monitor and maintain mailroom and reprographics equipment, supplies, and vendor support. Track operational metrics, workflow, and service performance while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and daily operational support. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented environment. Build strong relationships with client leadership and end users through responsive communication and operational excellence. Leadership & Team Oversight Supervise and support onsite mailroom and reprographics staff, including scheduling, training, and daily workflow coordination. Coach and develop team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and high service standards. Maintain compliance with SPS policies, safety procedures, confidentiality standards, and client requirements. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of lead, supervisory, or management experience in mailroom and reprographics/copy-print services required Prior hands-on experience supporting mailroom operations and reprographics services required Experience with shipping/receiving, production printing, scanning, binding, and finishing equipment Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Physical Requirements This position may require moving throughout the worksite for extended periods of time and occasionally transporting office materials or packages with or without reasonable accommodation.
