About the Opportunity: The Client Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efforts of client representatives during their shift to ensure clients receive prompt, courteous, and accurate information and assistance. This role manages the resolution of complex client inquiries and supports smooth operational flow, contributing to overall client satisfaction and service efficiency.
