Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Raleigh, NC. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily property operations, including managing leasing processes and supporting the property’s financial performance. The role includes assisting with team leadership, ensuring resident satisfaction, executing leasing and renewal strategies, managing customer service requests, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Property Management, Leasing Operations, and Financial Analysis Experience in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, and Resident Retention Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills Familiarity with Market Analysis, Sales Techniques, and Lead Generation Working knowledge of Property Management Software and General Office Technology Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems effectively, and maintain attention to detail Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
