Employment Opportunity: Client Service Representative Hours: 7:50am – close (usually 5:30pm), 30-minute lunch Days: 4 days per week Pay: Dependent on experience ($17.00-19.00/hour) Dental, Vision, Health Insurance available (full time employment only) Flexible, fun, and family-like atmosphere We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality to answer our phones, be kind to our clients, and treat them with respect and kindness . This person should enjoy having conversations with others, be able to listen closely and pay attention to detail, and have great organizational and multitasking skills . There will also be training and expectations for this teammate to assist with weighing patients, taking brief histories, pulling up vaccines, prepping and cleaning rooms before and after appointments, and refilling medications as requested by the doctor. The right person for the job should be passionate about helping others , have a can-do attitude about life, and be a go-getter . This is a busy clinic, we hustle most of the day, and we need someone with initiative that is going to get the job done and get it done correctly.
