Company Description The American Dream Center Institute, founded in 2017 in Tulsa, OK by Casey Jones, is dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees integrate into American society. Since its inception, the organization has supported over 500 individuals with affordable immigration legal services and advocacy. Guided by the belief that all people are made in the image of God, the Institute strives to promote empowerment, inclusion, and community support for those in need. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Client Specialist, based in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized support, and maintaining positive client experiences. The role also involves fostering meaningful relationships with clients and contributing to an inclusive environment that aligns with the organization’s mission. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction, Service, and Experience Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of immigrant and refugee challenges Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Experience in a client-facing role or familiarity with immigration services is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English a must with ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Other languages a plus.
