Job Description

We are a small-but-mighty group of motivated professionals who are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our team. Please see below for more information. Responsibilities Maintain and update tracking systems for consultant and hiring manager reconnaissance. Own, manage, and update internal back-office Operations trackers and processes. Attend daily meetings with the Sales & Delivery team. Manage and track candidate submissions to our clients through the interview process. Attend virtual client meetings and assist the CEO & Director of Business Operations when appropriate. Schedule and coordinate external interviews on behalf of the Sales & Delivery Team. Monitor and track external hiring processes and candidate movement throughout the pipeline. Record and maintain accurate documentation of the CEO’s meetings and notes in Bullhorn and/or Quil. Upload, organize, and maintain client-provided documentation within associated Bullhorn records. Create and maintain job postings on TechHuman's LinkedIn, Dice, and other platforms. Develop, update, and upload client organizational charts to respective Bullhorn records. Schedule and coordinate logistics for client events. Support internal recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing interview scheduling. Provide calendar and meeting coordination support for the CEO and Director of Business Operations. Must-Haves Professional experience or internship in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or sales operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience documenting and organizing information in an ATS orCRM. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for directing traffic. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with calendar management and meeting scheduling. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience working in a staffing, recruiting, or professional servicesfirm. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and/or or other sourcing platforms. Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook,Word). Experience coordinating executive-level meetings or client events. Exposure to project management and/or CRMtools.
