Client Support Specialist II

Title: Client Success Support Specialist Location: Lindon, UT (Hybrid) Pay: $19-$21 /hour Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Our financial client is seeking a Client Success Support Specialist to work in a client-facing role as first point of contact. The role is hybrid in Lindon, UT. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 2+ years of implementations or client success experience An ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments Working knowledge of Terminal Services, cloud-based applications, and SaaS platforms Basic experience with networks, including routers, switches, modems, printers, and related peripherals An understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls) Familiarity with common internet connection types: Cable, DSL, Satellite, and Dial-Up An ability to configure software and hardware within Terminal Services Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite is preferred Keywords: Client Support, Technical Support, Implementations, SaaS, Terminal Services, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Windows, macOS, Virtual Machines, Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, Client Success, Troubleshooting
