Majic Productions is seeking a reliable and professional Client Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for supporting clients, maintaining communication, assisting with scheduling and coordination, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
