Position Overview The Clinic Aide will assist with clinic organization & cleaning, operational duties, and delegated patient-related tasks under the direct supervision of the Front Desk Manager, AGM, or DOR. The Clinic Aide will also assist as second hands when needed in session, under the direct supervision of the treating therapist. Requirements Must possess an enthusiasm for working with children and collaborating in team environment Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED Previous experience in healthcare setting and/or desire to learn in outpatient pediatric setting would be advantageous Professional interpersonal conduct with good written and verbal communication skills Good time management, organization skills and attention to detail Participation in a minimum of 8 hours of continuing education opportunities offered by NAPA Center Background clearance by the DOJ and FBI CPR and First Aid certificates preferred Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, therapy team and other medical professionals. Leadership skills to ensure that all clinic staff are working towards the same goals and striving for continual improvement. Display a level of professional empathy and the ability to develop rapport. Must possess the want to pursue a career within the healthcare industry, specifically within physical, occupational and speech therapy.
