Responsibilities Lead the clinical team by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience, satisfaction, and outcomes Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, licensing requirements, and quality standards within the clinic Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional service delivery Collaborate with external partners and community organizations to expand outreach and referral networks Requirements Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or outpatient therapy setting preferred Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, documentation standards, and healthcare regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and fostering a supportive work environment Join us as we elevate outpatient physical therapy services through energetic leadership and dedicated teamwork.
