We are looking for an individual with previous experience in ophthalmology with a desire to move into a management role. Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Director in all aspects of operations of the center, including staffing, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, identifying training needs to promote a learning environment, enhancing overall patient and employee experience, and proactively identifying and responding to areas of opportunity within the center. This is a hands-on role for a growing organization. Primary Responsibilities: Assists Executive Director in developing and implementing new hires and ongoing training. Review resumes and completes phone screening applicants Monitors quality control including but not limited to: patient flow, chart accuracy, and technician work-ups. Oversee and assign duties and tasks to clinical technician members. Identifies and recommends procedural changes and solutions for inefficiencies practice wide. Seeks innovative ways to integrate changes to further enhance overall patient and staff experience. Assists in developing trust through transparency in communication and individual actions Super-user for EHR software and regularly identifies and recommends areas for improvement.
