Pay: $20.75 - $30.88 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity: Full-time, Permanent, Direct Hire Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Coverage every 5th weekend from 8 AM to 12 PM Complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities: Perform patient intake procedures such as gathering medical history and recording vital signs Assess and monitor patient health, recognizing and responding to any changes in a patient's condition Manage patient records and ensure information is accurate and kept confidential Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: Associate's Degree or greater BLS Certification Active LPN License or the ability to obtain one upon hire Surrounding Community: Friendly, small-town atmosphere with a beautiful environment Many outdoor recreational opportunities are available near multiple parks and trails in a scenic setting Low cost of living, excellent schools, and low crime make this an excellent spot for a family Less than an hour away from ample city amenities
