Title: Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist Location: O'Fallon, IL Flexible scheduling options: 4x9s + half day, 4x10s, or 5x8s (Mon - Fri) Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive patient experience Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with care plans Utilize therapeutic modalities and exercise equipment effectively Perform work-related assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Work Hardening, and post-offer testing (e.g., WorkSTEPS/APET) Conduct ergonomic assessments and job analysis as needed Participate in marketing and business development initiatives Represent the clinic at community events and professional engagements Requirements Masters of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy education Active Physical Therapy license in good standing 10+ Years of clinical experience with strong focus in orthopedics Knowledge of worker's compensation and return-to-work programs is a plus For More Information, Contact Manisha Palli (210) 624-8683 | manisha.palli@protouchstaffing.com
