Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Clinic RN - Community Cardiology Care Nebraska Medicine is seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinic RN to join our Community Cardiology Care team. This role supports multiple providers within the team, with a strong focus on phone support. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and ready to jump in to provide excellent service to our patients. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Option for hybrid schedule. Work from home 2 days a week. This would apply after training is complete Location: Primary: Clarkson Heart Center @ Clarkson Doctors Building South | Nebraska Medicine Omaha, NE Secondary: Bellevue Medical Center, Think Whole Person Healthcare, Nebraska Cardiac Care Duties: Clinic RN Serve as the first point of contact via phone for clinical calls to include medication refills. Evaluate patient symptoms and needs determining the urgency of their conditions, recommending appropriate care levels. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care, including emergency situations. Maintain accurate healthcare records of patient interactions and follow-ups, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with health regulations Provides administrative support for documents (fmla, work comp, disability, etc).
