Hey, want to be the go-to person for our veterinarian clinic customers? We're looking for someone who can juggle customer questions, solve problems on the fly, and help our customers get even more value out of our products. You'll be a whiz at Excel and, if you know your way around Shopify, that's a huge plus. Got a background in animal health? Even better! Responsibilities: Chat With Customers: Take calls and emails to help out customers with whatever they need. Fix Problems: Handle anything from shipping mix-ups to refund requests and make sure everyone leaves happy. Upsell Time: Got a knack for sales? Call our current customers and introduce them to more of our awesome products. Be a Data Wiz: Use Excel to keep track of customer interactions and provide useful insights. Build Relationships: Get to know our customers, so you can offer them personalized solutions. Team Up: Work closely with other departments to make sure our customers get the best experience possible. Local is Best: We'd love for you to join us in our Boca Raton office, so local candidates will get extra points! Qualifications: A degree or some solid work experience. At least 2 years where you had to talk to customers regularly. You should know Excel backward and forward. If you've used Shopify, you'll fit right in.
