Clinical Adoption Lead (Canada Licensed)

A company is looking for a Clinical Adoption Lead. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver bilingual clinical engagement and adoption activities with healthcare professionals Support the deployment of standardized clinical content and coordinate validation with clinical SMEs Conduct readiness assessments and support go-live stabilization by addressing adoption issues Required Qualifications Current or recent registration as a regulated health professional in Canada Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a CIS/EHR implementation project Experience in implementing standardized clinical documentation across a multi-site healthcare environment Fully bilingual in French and English for stakeholder engagement
