Role Description This is a variable full-time, on-site role located in Clermont, FL, for a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager. The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager will work closely with healthcare teams to oversee nursing operations, provide effective leadership, and ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include assisting in staff scheduling, supporting clinical initiatives, monitoring patient outcomes, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with the Nurse Manager to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. Qualifications Experience and skills in Nursing, Critical Care Medicine, and Patient Care Proficient in team leadership Strong knowledge and practice of Medicine in a clinical healthcare setting Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Current RN license in Florida Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), a d Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
