Ordaz Psychological Health Child, Adolescent, and Adult Therapy & Neuropsychological Assessment Clinic Dr. Sarah Ordaz, former Stanford faculty, is looking for a part-time, remote administrative assistant (~4-6 hrs/wk) to help with a child, adolescent, and adult private practice neuropsychology and therapy clinic. The candidate will interface with patients by: contacting prospective patients managing, documenting, and phone screening therapy referrals coordinating all intake appointments and paperwork distributing/collecting/inputting electronic questionnaire data for neuropsychological evaluations integrating comments provided by patients, parents, and teachers for neuropsychological evaluations The administrative assistant will be supervised directly by Dr. Ordaz through email communication and weekly phone/video calls. A successful candidate is personable, attentive to detail, reliable, organized, and a self-starter. Ideally, the candidate will have training or coursework in psychotherapy with children/adolescents and adults and a basic understanding of neuropsychological assessments. This is a great opportunity to gain clinical experience, learn about both child/adolescent and adult therapy and neuropsychological assessment, and receive mentorship on running a successful private practice. Hours: ~4-6 hrs/wk. Timing of hours is flexible, but includes the following requirements: check email daily on each business day and one weekend day (~15-30 min). work for a more extended period (1-2 hours) two days a week. Location: Work will be done remotely.
