Clinical Dermatology LPN/CMA

We are a privately-owned dermatology clinic serving the Twin Cities metro area with locations in Edina, Downtown Waconia, and St. Francis Medical Center in Shakopee. We are seeking a professional, patient-focused LPN or CMA to join our growing team. Our clinic offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology. We value attention to detail, efficiency, strong patient care, and creating a positive environment for both patients and staff. We are hiring for a part-time position, 3 days a week, with the potential to increase to full-time in the future. Our clinic hours are 8-4:30 Monday through Friday, and we are closed on weekends and major holidays. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain/update medical history Prepare patients for dermatologic procedures and treatments Document visit notes in EMA EHR at the direction of the provider Assist with medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions Maintain clean and organized exam/procedure rooms Support clinic flow and patient experience throughout the day Additional Responsibilities for Licensed Professionals Triage patient calls and messages Schedule surgical procedures Communicate biopsy/lab results Manage prescription refill requests and prior authorizations Answer patient questions regarding diagnoses and treatment plans Qualifications Active LPN or CMA certification Detail-oriented personality Dermatology experience preferred, not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to cover occasional shifts for other staff with the possibility to travel to satellite clinic locations as needed Candidates who submit a cover letter and objective statement along with their application will be given preferential review.
