Clinical Director Location: North St. Louis, MOHybrid Clinical & Leadership Role | Senior-Focused Primary Care A rapidly expanding, physician-led primary care organization is seeking a Center Clinical Director to lead one of its senior-focused outpatient centers in North St. Louis. This is an opportunity for a high-performing physician ready to step into meaningful leadership while maintaining active patient care. The role blends clinical excellence, operational oversight, and physician mentorship in a value-based care environment.Position Overview The Center Clinical Director is responsible for driving clinical quality, operational performance, and physician engagement within the assigned center. This leader provides direct patient care while supervising and coaching Primary Care Physicians, ensuring strong execution of clinical standards, quality metrics, and patient outcomes.
