Join Our Team The Clinical Director is responsible for management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services. The Clinical Director is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations. Clinical Director Requirements To be considered for this position, you will need: Masters degree in applicable field State licensing or certification (LPCC-S or LISW-S) Clinical experience in substance abuse treatment required Clinical supervisory experience Clinical Director Responsibilities Execute clinical philosophy in programming through effective clinical curriculum, education, training, and clinical supervision and ensure that staff performance and client experience is consistent with highest standard of care
