Role Description This is an, on-site role for a Clinical Fertility Nurse, based in Miami Beach, FL. Responsibilities include providing care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments, assisting with procedures like IVF, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Fertility Nurse will also educate and counsel patients about reproductive health and treatment plans while maintaining accurate medical records and complying with healthcare regulations. Qualifications Expertise in Nursing and Fertility care Proficiency in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and IVF Nursing processes Strong knowledge of medical principles and procedures related to reproductive medicine Exceptional patient communication, education, and counseling skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Active nursing license in the state of Florida Experience in fertility or reproductive medicine is highly desirable BSN degree preferred; certification in fertility nursing is a plus
