Job Overview Lovely Neighbor LLC is an elite, high-end non-medical care organization providing a "luxury hospitality" experience for families transitioning from hospital to home. We are seeking a Clinical Intake Liaison to serve as a key administrative partner to our Director of Operations and Clinical Training, Angeline Henderson . This is a Hybrid role designed for a professional who can manage high-volume logistics with grace and precision. You will serve as the "Air Traffic Control" for our 54-hospital referral network, ensuring our 15-minute response guarantee is met and maintaining the prestige of the Lovely Neighbor brand. Responsibilities Intake Command: Manage the WellSky Fax referral line with a 15-minute response guarantee, ensuring hospital social workers receive immediate, professional confirmation of their requests. Strategic Liaison: Act as a high-level point of contact for hospital discharge planners, representing our speed and reliability to systems like Corewell Health and Ascension . Pod Coordination: Assist the Director in the daily management and scheduling of our specialized 12-Neighbor Pods . Hybrid Workflow: Primarily remote operation with the requirement for on-site attendance in Grand Rapids for clinical training sessions, team summits, and specific operational needs. Administrative Excellence: Ensure all client documentation and communication maintain the luxury aesthetic and executive-level professionalism of the organization. Experience & Requirements Executive Presence: Sophisticated communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented mindset. Operational Discipline: Ability to handle the "Friday Flush" and other high-volume periods with poise and accuracy. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with digital platforms, eFax systems, and professional coordination tools. Hospital Fluency: Familiarity with hospital discharge processes or medical terminology is highly desirable. Reliability: Must have a dedicated remote-work setup and reliable transportation for on-site requirements in Grand Rapids. Compensation & Perks Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour.
