**Celebrace is seeking a Clinical Integration Specialist to support orthodontic practices as they adopt and use the Celebrace digital orthodontic system. This role is ideal for someone with strong orthodontic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help doctors and clinical teams successfully integrate new technology into their daily workflow. About Celebrace Celebrace is an innovative orthodontic technology company focused on AI-powered, patient-specific orthodontic solutions. Our platform allows orthodontists to submit digital cases, review treatment plans, and deliver customized orthodontic appliances designed to improve clinical efficiency and personalization. Position Summary The Clinical Integration Specialist will work directly with orthodontists, treatment coordinators, assistants, and practice teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration experience. This person will provide training, clinical workflow support, case submission guidance, and ongoing communication between practices and the Celebrace team. Key Responsibilities Train orthodontic practices on the Celebrace digital workflow, including case submission, treatment plan review, approval process, and clinical implementation. Support doctors and staff during onboarding and help them confidently use the Celebrace platform. Provide clinical guidance related to scanning, records, case setup, bonding tray handling, appliance delivery, and case progression. Act as the main point of contact for assigned practices during the integration process. Communicate practice feedback, clinical questions, and workflow challenges to the internal Celebrace team. Help identify opportunities to improve training materials, platform usability, and doctor experience. Assist with webinars, live demonstrations, conferences, and provider training sessions. Track practice engagement, case progress, and adoption milestones. Work closely with sales, customer support, clinical, and product teams to ensure a high-quality provider experience. Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with doctors and their teams. Qualifications Orthodontic or dental experience required. Experience as an orthodontic assistant, treatment coordinator, clinical trainer, dental hygienist, or dental/orthodontic sales representative is preferred. Strong understanding of orthodontic workflows, digital scans, bonding, appliances, and patient records. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable training doctors and clinical staff in person, online, and over the phone. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple practices at once. Comfortable using digital platforms, practice management tools, and basic software systems. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong customer-service skills. Willingness to travel for practice visits, trainings, and conferences as needed. Preferred Skills Experience with digital orthodontic systems, aligners, custom appliances, or indirect bonding. Familiarity with intraoral scanners and digital treatment planning. Ability to explain clinical and technical concepts clearly. Experience working with orthodontists and multi-location practices. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
