Role level is determined based on experience and demonstrated competencies. Primary Responsibilities Perform manual and automated infectious disease testing, including serological assays (EIA/ELISA) and nucleic acid testing Analyze, validate, document, and report patient test results Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment Perform quality control, reagent preparation, documentation, and recordkeeping Participate in validations, method changes, and special projects as assigned Adhere to Quality Assurance, HIPAA, safety, and turnaround-time requirements Qualifications Active California Generalist CLS license in good standing (required) Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related science Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on night shift Additional Information Compensation Compensation: $50.00 – $58.00/hour Schedule 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM | 4×10s (includes 1 weekend night) What We Offer Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
