Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analytical procedures as required. Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, assist in training new employees or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards. Ensure a safe and clean working atmosphere while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Educational Background Hold a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Required Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hire date.
