Description - Your Contributions Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across spectrums like chemistry, hematology, and immunology, within established protocols. Assess results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment. Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required. Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help uphold laboratory quality benchmarks. Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health-related degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of employment.
