An established ambulatory surgery center is seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator to lead perioperative operations within a highly specialized vascular program . Known for delivering outstanding surgical care and patient satisfaction, the center combines advanced minimally invasive procedures with cutting-edge imaging technology and a collaborative physician partnership model. The Clinical Nursing Director will play a key role in sustaining accreditation excellence, elevating quality initiatives, and supporting a culture focused on efficiency, safety, and compassionate care. The facility features a streamlined surgical footprint including a state-of-the-art operating room , procedure suite, and dedicated recovery bays. With approximately 30 weekly cases led by four specialty physicians, the environment offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and consistent case flow centered around vascular and image-guided interventions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Administrator oversees perioperative nursing operations including staffing coordination, sterile processing oversight, infection prevention initiatives, conscious sedation compliance, supply management, and policy development. This nursing leader will collaborate closely with OR nurses, PACU staff, technologists, anesthesia providers, and administrative partners to support smooth daily operations and survey readiness. Ideal candidates bring a background in perioperative services with experience in OR, PACU, critical care, emergency services, interventional radiology, cath lab, or vascular procedural environments. Prior leadership experience within an ASC or outpatient surgical setting is highly valued.
