Element Wellness and Sports Rehabilitation is hiring! Our multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a highly organized, people centered professional for our team. As a Clinical Office Coordinator, our ideal candidate will be positive, possess excellent multi-tasking abilities, and work well in coordination with others. Our office coordinator serves as a patient and vendor liaison as well as the central communication hub for our treatment providers and other administrative staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Greet/Assist patients in a warm, friendly manner Maintain a professional demeanor as the primary contact point for patients, providers, vendors and facility maintenance Manage/support scheduling across multiple providers/disciplines Assist with insurance verification, explaining insurance benefits, medical records requests and patient account coordination Support onboarding, training, and oversight of administrative staff Order/maintain clinic supplies, equipment and inventory Assist with workflow development and operational process improvements as well as provide operational support to clinic leadership Support team culture initiatives and provider/patient engagement activities Help resolve patient concerns with empathy, professionalism and discretion QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a customer facing environment (Healthcare, wellness or veterinary care setting preferred) Strong organization and communication skills Highly adaptable and solution oriented Professional and collaborative yet able to operate independentlyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Must have reliable transportation.
