Responsibilities Strategy: Support on business strategy development; Work out business planning at country level by incorporating local consideration; • Execution and management of clinical operations; • Responsible for building up local talent team, motivate and develop the team to the level expected by the company. Provide mentoring and coaching to the team. Lead by example of demonstrating the value in action of Tigermed; • Make the project management plan: To draft and implement feasible project management plan according to SOPs, ICH GCP, GCP Guidelines and study protocol and conduct project according to the project management plan; • Local representative to Tigermed partners/outside stakeholders in respective country. Develop and launch marketing strategy to enhance the branding of Tigermed in respective country; • Assist bidding at respective country, organize and conduct local stakeholder’s meetings and collaborate with expert panel members to work out the best strategy/solution; 2. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major; • Adequate knowledge of new technology, including local regulation, GCP, clinical trial operations. Have GCP certificate; • Have rich global CRO management experience. At least proven track record 8 years Clinical experience. Fluent in both written and spoken English, local languages fluency is preferred; • Excellent command of Microsoft offices; • Other abilities such as communication skill/Information analysis skill.
