Job Summary The Clinical Outcomes Manager reports to the Director of Nursing Quality and Business Operations and plays a key role in supporting leadership efforts to monitor and enhance performance across multiple departments and services. This position utilizes strong project management skills to plan, execute, and complete projects within established timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for performance improvement, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and analyzing performance data to support informed decision-making. The Clinical Outcomes Manager also provides regular updates to leadership on project progress, contributing to improved operational efficiency and the overall quality of care. Mentorship and Orientation : Mentor and orient new managers and team members in logistics, quality indicators, data collection of quality metrics and visual management strategies. Financial Performance Oversight : Collaborate with management to monitor and improve financial performance across departments, ensuring effective logistics support for clinical activities and adherence to established quality standards. Project Planning and Communication : Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials, clearly conveying project expectations to team members and stakeholders to facilitate timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
