Success in this role will be gauged by the number of new patients (admissions) acquired as a direct result of your outreach and relationship-building efforts. Success Indicators/KPIs Meetings: 40 Tours: 4 Hosted Events: 1 Revenue goal for your assigned area designated by Outreach Leadership. Daily goal setting and reporting of KPIs to the Outreach team and leadership. Core Competencies Interpersonal Communication - The ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and company leadership and adapt communication to a multidisciplinary team environment. Prospecting - Identifying and connecting with potential referral sources and partners to expand the organization's reach. Relationship Building - Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers to drive referrals. Data Management - Accurately tracking and reporting outreach activities, referral contacts, and follow-ups using CRM systems like Salesforce. Objection Handling - Addressing concerns and resolving barriers to referrals through clear communication and problem-solving skills. Core Responsibilities Prospecting and Educating Referral Sources Identify and establish connections with new referrers. Educate referrers about our services, patient suitability, industry-leading outcomes, and the referral process. Address and resolve any objections or concerns referrers may have. Engagement and Relationship Management Conduct meetings (e.g., lunch meetings) with primary care providers, pediatricians, internists, OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, therapists, and other key referral sources. Facilitate one-on-one follow-ups with referral offices to express gratitude and strengthen relationships. Deliver group presentations, conduct clinic tours, and attend/exhibit at relevant conferences. Manage and nurture relationships through consistent, timely communication with referral sources. Outreach and Admissions Achieve admissions goals by fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving patient referrals. Follow up on refe
