Description Clinical Pharmacist for Critical Care at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Full-Time 0.9 Night Shift Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (PSVMC) is a 523-bed community teaching hospital and tertiary referral center. The Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care (nights) at PSVMC provides care to patients in our Medical-Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, Neurocritical Care Unit, Level III NICU, and ED. The clinical pharmacist rounds and works closely with the multidisciplinary MICU team overnight. They respond to adult and pediatric medical emergencies throughout the hospital. Our overnight Clinical Pharmacists work 10-hour shifts 7-on/7-off. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License. Preferred qualifications: One of the following Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and at least 2 years of experience as a critical care pharmacist At least 4 years of experience as a critical care pharmacist Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
