Clinical Physician

FT CLINICAL PHYSICIAN** - Mt. View Health Center $240,000 - $300,000 annually Provides direct patient care in conjunction with the Rural Health Clinic (RHC) staff to patients of the RHC. CP will provide quality care to patients of the clinic by performing appropriate history and physicals, developing appropriate treatment plans and document clearly within the electronic health record. Counsel and educate patients (and family members) and schedule appropriate follow up. The Physician will treat patients in line with standards of care. CP will work in collaboration with RHC Medical Director, Clinic Manager and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). CP may act as a Supervising or Collaborating physician for clinic APPs. CP will participate in RHC staff meetings as well as KVHD medical staff activities. Qualifications And Skills Current licensure as a Physician within the State of California, M.D. or D.O., DEA License, and current BLS certification required. Possess good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution, and facilitates staff development. Basic computer skills.
