Clinical Field Recruiter Location: Elmsford, NY Reports To: Recruitment Manager Job Description: The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for driving nurse hiring through external outreach, recruitment marketing, and partnership development. This role serves as the organization’s primary ambassador to nursing schools, healthcare communities, and external partners across New York City. The position combines field recruiting, social media marketing, student engagement, and partnership management to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of nursing talent. Key Responsibilities: Represent the organization at nursing schools, hospitals, job fairs, and community events throughout NYC, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, and Staten Island Conduct in-person outreach, presentations, and hiring events to attract and engage nursing candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing schools, instructors, career services teams, employment agencies, and healthcare partners Develop and manage external partnerships, including referral and placement agreements Coordinate and host on-campus hiring events and recruitment campaigns Plan and execute school-based outreach, brand awareness, and hiring initiatives Create and post content promoting nursing careers, events, and job opportunities Respond to candidate inquiries and generate leads through digital channels Promote recruiting events, school visits, and referral programs across online and in-person platforms Partner with the Recruitment Manager to identify market trends, hiring needs, and growth opportunities Generate, track, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified nurse leads Monitor outreach activity, partnerships, and lead sources to evaluate recruiting effectiveness Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, marketing, outreach, or sales Healthcare or nurse recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience working with schools, partnerships, or community organizations Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in the field Experience using social media for recruiting or marketing Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient with Apploi, HRIS, and EMR systems (KanTime) is a plus Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, or other languages) preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel IND456
