Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Greater Houston area (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team in the Greater Houston area. In this full-time, on-site role, the CRC will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies, ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, study protocols, and institutional policies. We are quickly expanding our presence in the Houston area and are looking for a CRC with phlebotomy experience and someone open to traveling to different sites! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of clinical research studies Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants Obtain and document informed consent Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation Liaise with investigators, clinical staff, CROs, and sponsors Blood draws and lab processing when necessary Ensure participant safety Support all aspects of study visits and follow-up procedures Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator Strong knowledge of GCP, Informed Consent procedures, and Protocol compliance Previous experience managing clinical trials across various phases and indications Phlebotomy experience Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Proficiency in clinical trial software and electronic data capture systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Willingness to float between sites in the Greater Houston area Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required To Apply: If you are passionate about clinical research and meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply and join a team dedicated to advancing healthcare through high-quality clinical research.
