Clinical Research Site Manager

We're placing a Clinical Research Site Manager on behalf of a growing research organization in St. Louis. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence, sponsor relations, and patient-centered care. You'll own daily site performance, guide your team toward measurable goals, and serve as the bridge between research participants and the sponsors who depend on rigorous, ethical work. WHAT YOU'LL OWN ● Day-to-day site operations — keeping workflows optimized and compliant ● Contractual deliverables — ensuring sponsor obligations are met on time and on standard ● Team leadership — collaborating with senior leaders to solve challenges before they become problems ● Site representation — modeling the highest professional and ethical standards in every interaction WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Clinical research experience--- 5+ years · Required CRC certification · Pediatric phlebotomy · IP administration-- Required Supervisory or management experience-- Required Strong written and verbal communication skills--- Required Regulatory processes · Sponsor relations · HR experience--- Preferred College or specialized degree--- Preferred Ability to travel between local site locations
