Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for experienced inpatient pharmacists with a strong clinical background, particularly those with a PGY-1 residency or approximately two years of current inpatient experience. The role is based in a major health system serving a broad network of hospitals and ambulatory care clinics.
