We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated team providing in-home clinical services to Child Protection-involved families. This role supervises two clinicians and one family support specialist delivering services through the In-Home Family Recovery (IHFR) model, supporting families navigating substance use and parenting challenges. The ideal candidate is a reflective, trauma-informed leader who believes in harm-reduction principles and integrated care. This position emphasizes meaningful clinical supervision, collaboration with Hennepin County Behavioral Health and community partners, and a deep commitment to strengthening families in their homes. What You’ll Do: Provide strong leadership and reflective clinical supervision to the IHFR team Facilitate two hours of weekly team supervision and individual supervision as needed Ensure services align with IHFR model standards and fidelity requirements Collaborate closely with Hennepin County Behavioral Health, Child Protection, and community partners Review referrals, assess eligibility, and manage clinical caseload assignments Step in to provide direct clinical care during staff absences or client crises Cofacilitate Social Club groups supporting participating families Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and participate in weekly case consultation Coach and develop staff in clinical tools, boundaries, and crisis response Promote reflective practice and ongoing professional growth Provide transportation support for families when needed Foster a culture of safety, curiosity, and traumainformed care What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field Licensed Mental Health Professional and/or Boardapproved clinical supervisor Experience supervising professionals in behavioral health or parentchild therapy Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorder Knowledge of reflective supervision, traumainformed care, harm reduction, and child development Strong collaboration skills with county and community agencies Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks If you’re a clinician who values reflective leadership, relationship-centered work, and building stronger families, we’d love to hear from you!
