Earn: $92,000/year + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination of treatment. Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, to include on site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of program processes. Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program specific operations (e.g., monitoring and providing report on accreditation required process within program) Conduct quarterly on-site supervision tool for each program, to include monitoring of any state, program, or accreditation requirement. Provide clinical supervision and skill building to supervisory staff of behavioral health programs. Documentation of all monitoring and supervision, and ongoing review with Regional and Executive Directors Assist programs with preparation of routine audits, both internal and external stakeholders Provide clinical consultation to supervisory and/or program staff as needed with instruction from Executive Director.
