This role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys mentoring other clinicians, strengthening clinical standards, and maintaining an active therapy caseload. Clinical Supervisors serve as clinician-leaders, balancing direct client care with structured supervision, case consultation, and team leadership What You'll Do Supervise and Support Clinicians Support Clinician Performance Lead and Develop the Team Maintain an Active Caseload Required Active LMHC license in New York Eligible to provide clinical supervision under NY regulations EMDR trained Strongly Preferred EMDRIA Certification EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training or Consultant status Prior clinical supervision training If supervision training has not been completed, it must be completed within 6 months of hire.
