Oversees all components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services. Essential Functions Facilitate behavior programs using ABA principles for individuals with severe behaviors Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and experimental functional analysis Provide parent training and develop intervention strategies Serve as liaison between families, providers, and community partners Conduct case reviews, audits, and ensure quality assurance standards Meet productivity requirements Lead and participate in staff meetings and trainings Develop protocols for assessments and behavioral interventions Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff Support recruitment and onboarding processes Attend conferences and stay current with industry trends Provide in-clinic supervision (minimum two 4-hour shifts weekly) Supervise associates accruing BCBA hours Perform additional duties as assigned Education Master's degree in ABA or related field Active BCBA certification (minimum 2 years) CPR certification required Crisis Management Training (provided upon hire; required for continued employment) Experience 5+ years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) 1-3 years of supervisory experience Experience managing severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, SIB, PICA, property destruction) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong expertise in ABA methodologies and evidence-based practices Experience conducting behavioral assessments and functional analysis Skilled in developing and implementing function-based interventions (e.g., FCT) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams Additional Requirements Ability to pass physical exam, TB test, and background check Compliance with vaccination requirements Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally (up to 50%) Ability to pass required drug screenings Physical Requirements Lifting: Occasional (0-70 lbs.)
